After dealing with a number of dealerships, I was very impressed with Arapahoe Kia in Greenwood, CO. After working with Jim Mullins via email and text, I went to the dealership to take a test drive. Jim was very present and had the vehicles ready to go. Even after he was aware that all I was doing was test driving, Jim did not pressure me to make a decision to purchase. After a few more texts, I went to the dealership and purchased a vehicle using my own financing. NO pressure, NO hassle. More

If I could put less than one star I would. They overcharged my AND never disclosed a credit card transaction fee. When I questioned the charge I was told on TWO occasions that the service mana They overcharged my AND never disclosed a credit card transaction fee. When I questioned the charge I was told on TWO occasions that the service manager would call me back. Never heard from him. Be aware that they're coupons are worthless and they will add charges on top of that AND if you pay with a credit card there's a 2% charge. In my case that was almost an additional $12. I am not sure if they take cash or what other form of payment they accept but it would be nice to be informed of ALL charges prior to working with them AND prior to picking up your car. Will be finding a new company to work with. More
