Communication with service advisor was poor to nonexistent. Started when I first pulled into the service area. I am used to service advisor coming out to meet me, was told to go to service desk nonexistent. Started when I first pulled into the service area. I am used to service advisor coming out to meet me, was told to go to service desk and was not impressed that they were very professional. Part of service was recall to change seat mechanism fuse. I did not notice it when I picked up the vehicle, but part of the seat cover was hanging out over the edge of the seat. I was able to stick back in, but I am not sure it is secured properly. Makes me question if any of the work was performed properly. Very poor service in my opinion. More

Easy to work with, semi flexible appointment availability but I was overall disappointed that my vehicle was so dirty. I’m not sure what happened other than there’s construction happening above and they must but I was overall disappointed that my vehicle was so dirty. It literally took 2 washes and a polish to get the water stains off. More

I have always had my Telluride serviced here since I purchased it new, which has been 5 oil changes. They offer a coupon for the oil change on their website. If I don’t show this coupon, I don’t get purchased it new, which has been 5 oil changes. They offer a coupon for the oil change on their website. If I don’t show this coupon, I don’t get the price. One would think they would automatically apply this discount for repeat customers. Loyalty has no benefits. In addition, I have been told I would get a car wash with my oil change with my car wash. That has not happened the last two times I have been there, despite being told it will happen. Time for me to find a new service provider More

My first interaction when I arrived and pulled in the bay, was not the best. All the times I have brought my vehicles there, I have been greeted at my car, asked what I was bringing it in for and picture bay, was not the best. All the times I have brought my vehicles there, I have been greeted at my car, asked what I was bringing it in for and pictures take of my car with the IPAD. Then I am walked in to the desk. This time I was standing on the side of my car waiting and watching as other patrons, that had pulled in after me, were being greeted and taken inside. Finally after standing there a while one of the technicians that was walking by told me to go on inside to any one of the desks and someone will help me. Why was I not greeted like the other patrons and how I am accustom? Once I went inside I was checked in, etc. Other than that, it was a pleasant and smooth process. I got a ride home and back to the shop. Good communication on the progress of my service. Updated on what had been done and checked, and my car brought around for me to leave. I was informed that the necessary part for the recall was not in but was ordered. I received a text today notifying me that the part was in and I can schedule for the repair. More
