Arapahoe Kia - Service Center

I went in for a fall/winter maintenance special which included the usual oil change and various filters along with tire rotation. I generally mark my tires before getting this service and take photos so included the usual oil change and various filters along with tire rotation. I generally mark my tires before getting this service and take photos so that I know it gets done. As I dropped off my vehicle in their service bay, I took a photo of my marked back tire. After 2 hours they said the service was completed and I paid. They then returned the vehicle, and I noticed that the tires had not been touched. I went back up to the service counter and asked them to double check that it was done, and they said it had. I've left two notices of this "oversight" with both their online chat service and their customer service representative, and I have not heard back from anyone. This is very annoying as I really wanted to have this Kia dealership service department since it's close to my house. I guess I'll give Emich Kia on S. Colorado Blvd. a try in the future. More

My service was done as promised in a very reasonable amount of time. My appointment time was honored, and they started work right away. Everyone was helpful and kind. At other dealerships, I've felt like I've had to wait for the service writer to have time to explain to me, I prefer having the power to review and approve. My only dream would be to have a table or something to work at while I was waiting. More
