My car was held for 2 1/2 days when I went in for an oil change. I approved one additional correction to the car the first date it was held. If the receptionist does pick up and transfers the call it will ALWAYS go to answerphone and you never get the call returned until end of day. I have brought four new KIA's in sux years, an Optima, Soul, Telluride and Niro EV (check my finance agreements). The ONLY reason i use Arapahoe KIA is for warranty. The warranty issue with my Telluride is still not resolved. I will never buy another KIA and will never reccommend this dealership to anyone. I am through with this dealership. More

Car is fine, but have an issue with dealership on Arapahoe.
