So far, I am frustrated by their lack of a desire to take care of their customers. I financed a new car nearly 3 weeks ago. Found issues with it, same day and communicated them to the team. Had to wait a wee care of their customers. I financed a new car nearly 3 weeks ago. Found issues with it, same day and communicated them to the team. Had to wait a week to get it in to service. They had it for 4 days and did not fix the issues. They want to take it for longer and unwilling to give a rental. My options are to keep paying full lease price for a vehicle that has multiple things wrong with it, or pay full full lease price for them to keep it in their shop indefinitely.
