There was a customer who was very rude and inappropriate toward the staff. They handled him well and remained polite and professional. I share this because that customer repeatedly stated that his son or son-in-law is the regional manager for Kia. If this is true, then it is important the regional manager is aware of his family member’s behavior. It was appalling how this customer was treating staff and makes me question if the regional manager would support his staff being treated this way. More
