Buying at Archer Kia was a great experience without all the pressure and hassles you usually experience. I should have done my own research on the dealership before going. The Dealer has a F rating with the BBB and also tons of negative reviews online. I went to the dealer and was told the car I wanted tha before going. The Dealer has a F rating with the BBB and also tons of negative reviews online. I went to the dealer and was told the car I wanted that was listed for sale for 26490msrp would only be sold to me if I waited 6 hours for them to do dealership add on's most of which had no value. The add on package was 3600 and would not sale it without. I asked them to save there time and not add the items and just charge me the MSRP. They would not! I was told they have people every day offering 2000 above msrp and the add on package and that he didn't have to sell it to me with out the addon package. I pointed out also that the trade in that they were offering for my car was 2000 less than a carmax offer to buy. I was treated very poorly and I asked if I was normal not to have good customer service and to be rude two sales managers where treating me this way. I was even offered a business card so I could spell his name right when I left a bad review and stated "I don't kiss anyone's xxx you get the deal I give you and if you don't like it then leave. I was ready to pay cash for the car or use KIA finance if I got a better deal doing so. After being treated as such I think I will buy another brand of car. The sales man was nice and did his job but management lost the sale for the car just trying his best to make a living. Sorry I had a problem waiting hours for you to put items on a car that I don' want or need for 3600! More

You are a disservice to the Auto industry and SHould be ASHAMED!!!!!! Your Sales Manager at your Kia dealership Totally was an A..HOLE and DISRESPECTED myself and my Daughter.. ... {We drove for hours to get here. I had previously visited the vehicle and went over EVERYTHING that needed to be done to the vehicle prior to purchase. To my knowledge only ! thing was done. Nothing Else was done. The staff Would NOT provide any paperwork that showed what had been done. It sounded like All lies and BS. Very UNPROFESSIONAL For an Archer Dealership. Mr Archer WILL be contacted.)
