Asked the service center to do a complete check of my car to make sure it was safe to Take my disabled husband and grandchild on a long trip. I made it 190 miles from home and the car died. Dealership it was towed to said battery was dead and an engine clamp was loose. Archie Cochran’s said they didn’t check clamps on their most recent check but they did check the battery and said it was good. They had replaced the engine several years ago but said loose clamp could not be from that service. Another mechanic I consulted disagreed. When I spoke with them after having to rent a car and reroute my trip, Archie Cochran’s said they stand by their work and have no responsibility for either of my issues— really? Really? Also one thing I specifically asked them to fix (rear washer) still not working but I will be damned if I take it back to them. Absolutely no confidence in this service dept. I will drive a few extra miles to another dealer for my work. More

Mike Weiland is a toxic GSM. FOR months knowing and working with Mike he has always held my autism and bum leg from being a purple heart recipient over my head. daily even though I sold enough units to working with Mike he has always held my autism and bum leg from being a purple heart recipient over my head. daily even though I sold enough units to hit quota every month , he would threaten to fire me over my autism . now mind you I not only have a purple heart but I'm also highly educated with a degree from Yale University. serving the military and going to school full time while being autistic has always been a challenge but I pushed through. I served on the front lines and got shot in my leg. I can't feel anything in my left leg anymore and I have never been able to connect with people on an emotional level nor do I read non verbal cues thanks to my autism. before hiring me Mike Weiland knew I was not only a disabled vet but a person with a mental disability. that didn't stop him from threatening me daily to fire me because of my mental disability. I always hit my quota and sold my cars . my clients loved me. I had the final straw yesterday and had to quit. I had a vehicle I set my eyes on purchasing and got approved from my bank. just had to get the check from the bank in a couple days. which is fine with any customers. Mike Weiland will let them drive off the lot with a check that hasn't cleared yet. however he wouldn't do the same for me. did not give me a military discount. did not give me an employee discount and I still had the approval loan from my bank. a customer shows up 4 hours later and instead of holding the vehicle for me,he let's another salesman sell it. I was severely depressed so I told my coworkers that it was xxxxed up what he did. I was working a deal with a desk manager when he told me that if I didn't stop complaining about him selling the car I got financed on way before the other customer ever arrived, that he and I were going to have issues. at that moment, I blew up on him in front of customers and colleagues telling him how xxxxing disrespectful he is and I quit. I asked for my check and he said no. he told me that I need to collect my military bearing and shut the xxxx up. now for someone who has never served himself , he told me that I would never have acted that way on the front lines. now considering I have been in combat and he hasn't, it was a slap to the face. so I yelled at him and told him to have my check ready today and to never tell someone who's has actually been shot how to be acting in combat on the front lines. Mike Weiland is a man who is misogynistic, a handicap person abuser, a disabled person abuser, and a veteran abuser. take your business elsewhere. I have started a legal suit against the company. I talk to lawyers tomorrow. More
