2 trips this week (actually a good thing, love it here lol) On Monday, 4/8/19 I'd come in for an alignment, and while it took considerably longer than expected, I'm always happy to be here. The service folks are great (thank you, Emily!), and the new lounge is nice as well. I like being able to bring my work here, and they've got nice drinks/snacks/coffee to keep you satisfied. When I left they advised me to come back in today, Thursday, for an airbag recall, and here I am again--excited to be surrounded by such nice toys while I do work and they take care of me. Same niceness as last time. I love this place. And definitely a different feel than any of the other dealerships I've been to recently (Subaru, Ford, Kia, Jeep, etc). These guys are on a whole other level. I still give them a 5-star on price because, on this GL550, it takes a special alignment. At $250, I honestly thought it would be a lot more, and I know these guys have quite the bill to pay for this land/building/etc. So, yes, it's not cheap here, but I liked that I didn't feel taken advantage of either. More

Another great experience Donnie was ready for my arrival early that morning to have my E class serviced. He had my paperwork ready and the loaner was clean and ready. Mid-afternoon, Donnie called to inform me that my car was ready. When we met, we reviewed the services that were completed. In addition, he reviewed 2 items that do not need immediate attention but should be watched in the future. I appreciate the honesty from a service partner as I do not feel like they are simply trying to fix something to generate revenue. The car was cleaned and vacuumed for me to head home. Customer service for luxury dealer is sub par. They take care of your basic needs but have very little customized service, staff is adequate but not overly friendly and they do not work to maintain They take care of your basic needs but have very little customized service, staff is adequate but not overly friendly and they do not work to maintain your business after you purchase, I’ve had several luxury vehicles from other dealerships and even lesser dealerships with better service. They are fine but they will not bend over to keep you around. Car is never cleaned out or vacuumed as has been at less expensive dealers. And they seem to always find a reason to fix something that is not needed. More

Due to a retirement, Katya became my sales associate soon after this first visit. She has been helpful, patient with my questions, and tolerant of my delivery idiosyncrasies. Most importantly, I made a late change to my order in the week prior to my “lock date” and Katya successfully got the changes made and provided me with paperwork proving that everything was as requested. I would gladly, and without reservation, recommend her to anyone looking for a new Porsche. More
