Fast Professional Service Came from overseas then boom , my 981 was leaking oil out of nowhere , after sitting in my garage for 5 months. Called Aristocrat Porsche of Kansas Ci Came from overseas then boom , my 981 was leaking oil out of nowhere , after sitting in my garage for 5 months. Called Aristocrat Porsche of Kansas City, Ks , the front desk lady automatically assign me to a technician which promptly got in touch with me. Me Sauceda Joe was able to give me a full diagnostic of the car the next day, and explain the deficiencies and what need to be done to fix it. He also explain that Porsche warranty will cover the fix, which was done very fast.Picked up car next day after repair, a max of 2 days of wait only, since they received the car on a friday. They clean it thoroughly and got a call for pick up. Very fast and professional service. One more happy customer. More

Mercedes Benz Service In contacting Aristocrat Motors I was directed to meet with Nick Haupt for my MBZ service. A very nice young lady met me at the door and directed me In contacting Aristocrat Motors I was directed to meet with Nick Haupt for my MBZ service. A very nice young lady met me at the door and directed me to Nick's desk. He took my information and had made arrangements for a loaner car. He gave me a time line for the service to be completed and said he'd give me a call when service was complete. From there I was directed to my loaner car by a young lady. Once I checked over the brand new E300W4 with 1559 miles on the odometer I was told to replace the gas I used before I brought it back. By 2:15 pm Nick called to let me know my car was ready to pick up. In short check-in was easy, getting the loaner was easy and very much appreciated as we had appointments in KC. Picking up my car and dropping off the loaner was very efficient. More
