A Professional Operation Just traded in my 3rd Buick for my 4th. Early on I used to go to Joe Mitchell Buick, as the son was a friend. It closed a several years back and the service manager, Mike Baker, who is a seasoned service manager and who I consider a friend and have known for well over ten years, came over to Sullivan and, I'm pretty sure, has been here since. I stopped by a year or two ago and asked him to introduce me to a sales person. He took me to Mike Ayoub, who really took the time to show me some cars and to know what it is I really wanted. I didn't feel pressured, just gently guided, which is what he should do and that's OK by me. I wasn't ready then, but I went back last Thursday because of my positive experience with Mike A. (said "Yo" to Baker) and he was able to have a fine used car at a extremely fair price. And Carrie in finance, she is a pro. Great experience. The way I determine how good I think a place is, is if the same employees are there year after year. These two gentleman have been. As well as others, for sure. And, they have good coffee in the waiting lounge as well. More
