I bought a 2012 Buick Verano almost 4 years ago which I absolutely love and the check engine light came on, so I called the Service Department, I explained I had to work and if I could drop it off after work and leave the car with them and omg no problem they gave me a loaner and the next day Dave called to say the car was ready and he said it was ok to pick it up after I got off work (so stress free I worried about nothing) when I got there Dave explained the minor problem, that it was fixed and to call if I ever needed anything. I'm sure knowing that you have nice people who care that you worry about what could be wrong with your car who also care and want you to feel like your car is in good hands is a great feeling at the end!! They also arranged to have a towing company from Arlington Heights come down to my home in Princeton, IL to pickup my vehicle to take back to the dealership at no cost to me. It is so rare to find a car dealership who would go completely out of there way to help us and absorb the cost to replace a motor. I'd certainly recommend Sullivan Buick GMC to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
