Don't have to leave home for a service visit? Count me in. I feel spoiled! I watched my home camera remotely from work as the two service guys worked quickly and efficiently getting the job done. I was called upon arrival, and after they finished. They gave me a brief rundown of the inspection, and off they went to their next stop. A call from the service dept to pay my bill and BAM! it was done. Couldn't be easier. Great job AH Ford! More

In addition, I've already recommended this location to my a few of my family, friends, and clients for the mechanical service needs. He provided detail notes and kept me updated on all updates of my vehicle repairs. Luigi genuinely went above and beyond! This recent visit has completely changed my view on delayed ship customer service and aiming to go back for all my mechanical service needs. Luigi your the man! Even the front desk staff were super friendly and prompt with service needs. Overall, highly recommended this location to anyone who is in need of professionals for their mechanical service. More

I have to say, I am usually not one to review auto dealerships, because you usually get bad reviews about most of them. I can honestly say though my experience at Arlington Heights Ford was awesome.
