This review is for Jerry Hood Service Director Arlington Heights Ford. I have a 2022 E350 Super Duty Motor Home and was experiencing extreme issues getting my Camper to get a passed emissions test. After 3 Heights Ford. I have a 2022 E350 Super Duty Motor Home and was experiencing extreme issues getting my Camper to get a passed emissions test. After 3 attempts at Illinois Emissions and failure to connect to their systems and trying to fix the problem on my own and taking it to a mechanic i decided to take it to Arlington Heights Ford for them to attempt to figure out my problem. The whole issue was Illinois Emissions could not connect to my OBD2 to verify compliance. Arlington Heights ran it through their scanner and had no problem connecting just like my Mechanic did as well. I went in to pick up the Camper and was able to have a conversation with Jerry Hood about not having any other options to get this vehicle to pass emissions so i can get plates for the following year. When sitting down with Jerry in his office he noticed that there was on update for the Gateway which is part of the OBD2 port. He brought my Camper back into the shop and ran the update and solved the problem that nobody else could figure out. He not only did that but he also took it back to Illinois Emissions and got my Passed Emissions test for me. I am recently retired and Camping all over the US and Canada was my retirement plan. If Jerry had not solved this problem my Camping dreams would have come to an end as i would not have been able to renew my license plates and would be force to sell it at a discounted rate to someone that did not require an emissions test. Unfortunately in this world it has become rare to find someone that is willing to go the extra mile and not just give up. Thank You Jerry for allowing this old man to complete his retirement dreams. I will always be indebted to you for what you have done. More

Today was the first time I went to early nights for it. I went in for an oil change on my Ford edge. The staff was friendly and efficient. The wedding's room were clean and the facility itself was clean an I went in for an oil change on my Ford edge. The staff was friendly and efficient. The wedding's room were clean and the facility itself was clean an organized. Change took approximately an hour and 20 minutes. I was a little disappointed about that. Because when I scheduled the appointment, they said it would take an hour. But otherwise the experience was very good. I would recommend them to my friends. And I plan on having my future service done as this facility. More
