"Unprofessional and unethical"

I doubt Wade has any knowledge about cars I'm a single mom and I think I know more about cars than him rude and tactful I asked 3 times to have my oil changed when I went to pick up my car he told me he forgot I will never step foot in Arlington Heights Ford again and I will tell all my friends to stay away from there it's a sham

"A nightmare"

It seems like Arlington Heights Ford just hires morons to do service writing I asked Wade three times what was wrong with my car and he had no answer I asked to talk to his boss and he told me he was busy I want to pick my car up it was still doing the same thing and they wanted me to pay $165 diagnostic fee and I ended up having to take it to a small garage and they fix the problem

"Bad Service and they won't respect the people ."

I visited 2 times in a week this place they won't tell the exact problem but they charge 105$ diagnose charge . They worked on recalls related to seat belt and airbag the airbag-seat belt light started glowing . The main frustrated they won't treat customer with any respect . I try to talk with the service manager or director but they told they were busy . I never saw this kind of service . They want to make money only on diagnose charge .

I was new to this dealership as the one I purchased from was on strike. I called and spoke with Wade, he was very knowledgeable and took care of my appointment quicker than I expected. He even set me up with a car to use. I have found a new service home and dealership thanks to his hard work!

After bringing my 2012 Ford Focus in for its first , complementary oil change, it was pointed out to me that there was a problem with the transmission system. Parts were ordered, and the car has been repaired. Mike Waddle worked with me every step of the way. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and was a real pleasure to work with.
