I have learned over time that going to the dealer is not always fun. However I have to give the highest compliments to Ryan from sales and Frank from finance. They made the process a breeze to trade in and always fun. However I have to give the highest compliments to Ryan from sales and Frank from finance. They made the process a breeze to trade in and purchase our Ford Escape. We were able to make sure the car was available, go test drive, and work out the deal with no issues.
