When it seemed like we were waiting longer for the alignment to be completed, Sam was very responsive. She coordinated with the techs to ensure our vehicle was properly identified and placed in line for this job. As I was seated in the waiting area, I had an opportunity to watch Sam engage other customers. She was kind, articulate, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, well groomed and so forth.
