For the sale of a vehicle to be registered in Wisconsin, the experience was not very good. We had to make two (2) trips to pickup the vehicle because it was not ready to be picked up on the original date a the experience was not very good. We had to make two (2) trips to pickup the vehicle because it was not ready to be picked up on the original date agreed to because an option (dealer installed) was not installed on the vehicle at the time of original pickup. On the second date to pickup the vehicle there was a substanse that was not cleaned off the vehicle that was noted to the dealer on the original pickup date. In total we lost/wasted 8 hours of total time to finally obtain delivery of the vehicle. The out of state registration of the vehicle was delayed by documents from the dealer not arriving until 3 weeks after we took possession of the vehicle, and the temporary plate provided by the dealer only lasts 30 days. The vehicle now cannot be driven until the State of Wisconsin finishes the in state registration and issues plates. We belive that we will be without use of the vehicle for two (2) weeks while the registration process now takes its course. More
