My wife recently said: “Let’s get a 2014 Nissan Murano Crosscab convertible.” (I agreed b/c “Happy Wife = Happy Life.”) For me, the hard part was finding a dealer who wouldn’t screw us. And best of all, the MOST COMPETITIVE PRICING! (Their deal was over $3,000 LESS than the other dealership I visited!!) FYI, our salesguy was Scott Goldstein and our finance guy was J.J. (If you go, tell them David and Pat say “hi.”) More
I went in with a problem on the driver front control arm and Bob Weber took my car in and was able to cover the entire bill on my gold extended warranty. Sam Barcham, my salesperson, was very patient with me. I told him how I get very nervous when I have to make big purchases and he was kind enough to take me on 3 test drives on the the local streets as well as ease me on the highway. I felt very comfortable in all three cars I drove and was able to see the CarFax on the used cars I was interested in. I did purchase a new 2013 Nissan Sentra and they gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. I have already recommended this dealership to my sons and some of my friends. I love my new car, it drive so smooth and it looks so sleek…I really fell in love with it and appreciate the time and excellent customer service I was given at Arlington Nissan 1100 W. We brought our 2009 Rogue in for service today, without an appointment and walked right up to the service desk where Tony Raia offered his help. Tony did an excellent job explaining the 30,000 mile service package and pricing, even offering a 10% discount! We walked through the showroom on our way to dinner and met the GM, Bob Schaeffer. We had a very pleasant conversation with him and shared our overall pleasure with our vehicle and the dealership. We were very happy to see such a great new GM at Arlington Nissan! After dinner, we returned to pick up our car which was ready earlier than anticipated. The cashier (sorry, can't remember her name!) took great care of us as well. Overall, the only thing that was not absolutely "perfect" about our visit was that our car was not cleaned as promised , :-( Seems a silly thing to mention, but with such stellar efforts being made everywhere else, we thought you would want to know! The reason why I gave Arlington Nissan a great rating is because, they were easy to work with, honest, informative, and I received a great deal on my new Altima. Bob Scheaffer the general manager, was an in because, they were easy to work with, honest, informative, and I received a great deal on my new Altima. Bob Scheaffer the general manager, was an intergal part of the sale. He was very courteous and easy to deal with. I had previously owned an Altima which I really liked, and wanted to purchase a new one. It was a pleasure to deal with Bob and Luis who made the car deal very easy. I got the exact Altima that I had wanted and took it home that night. I love it and it is a pleasure to drive. Also I have brought it back to Arlington Nissan for car washes and have received great service from Lou McConnell in the service department. Bob Scheaffer and his staff are also very courteous while I am waiting for my car. More

I had heard negative things about this dealership however it was under new management so my husband and thought we give them a try. We were looking for a reliable used car for him. They treated us so well we ended up purchasing 2 cars. They treated us like family. Bob Sheaffer is the new GM and he checked in on us several time during the purchase of our vehicles and insured that we were well taken care of. During the test drive of my husbands car we noticed that one of the windows did not work, they fixed that issue right on the spot. Everyone was very pleasant, easy to deal with and we love both our cars. More
