I Personally recommend that anyone who may be looking to buy a new or used car to RUN, I REPEAT RUN TO ANY OTHER DEALER. This is what happened to me. Whether or not it happens to you I have no idea. When I buy a new or used car to RUN, I REPEAT RUN TO ANY OTHER DEALER. This is what happened to me. Whether or not it happens to you I have no idea. When I bought my used 2018 Dodge car we agreed on a price. It was a short wait to go to the Finance Department. The finance guy transferred everything from paper to a Small iPad. He then showed it to me to confirm the basics were correct as far as name & vehicle details. He then enlarged the screen for me to initial in a box. He then scrolled to another page and enlarged it without time for me to review. My mistake was I trusted that everything was as it was on the paper. I initialed that page and 2 more pages as well. On the 4th. time he was slow to enlarge it and I noticed it was for a Garbage Extended Warranty for $3,501.00 I refused over and over and he then told me that it was required by the Lender. I still didn’t want an overpriced warranty and to top it off a $100 deductible for repairs. He then said I could cancel it within 3 months but I should wait until the loan is closed. Reluctantly I signed. When the salesman brought me to my car he asked me if he could have my phone to take a photo of me with my new car. I unlocked it and gave it to him and he took the picture then the manager asked if he could get in on a picture and I said yes. After the picture was taken the manager wanted to show me something and after he was done the salesman came over & gave me my phone. Unknown to me while he had my phone “someone” entered a Glowing Review on Google in my name with the picture of the manager & I. I didn’t find that out until the next day when I opened the email that the finance guy sent me. In that email I found out that over $6 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN GARBAGE WAS ADDED TO MY LOAN. I live 2 hours from them and when no one was returning my calls or emails I drove back in. After a few hours of SCREAMING ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR they removed the Extended Warranty and a Windshield Warranty. That was for $499.00 and for 3 years if the Windshield was damaged in almost anyway it would be replaced. I could go to any Safelite Windshield Co. anywhere, anytime and for $385.00 they would replace it. You would have to be a fool in my opinion to buy a “warranty” like this. They finally removed those 2 items totaling $4,000.00 and it took 5 WEEKS before they returned the money to their lender only after numerous attempts. They REFUSED to remove the LoJack & Paint & Fabric Protection as they said those items are done before placing the car for sale. I asked why that was not indicated on their Advertised Price and the Assistant Mgr. said that it is there way of doing business. I replied that it is FALSE ADVERTISING. That added up to another $2,170.00 that they took me for. I BELIEVE THAT IS THEFT BY DECEPTION OF A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN. Again, that is MY opinion. So, consider yourself warned and by the way, if you check the BBB website other complaints included the finance dept. adding all of the same garbage PROFITS without the Customers knowledge. I wish I could add the Screenshot of the GLOWING GOOGLE REVIEW that was added BY SOMEONE WHEN THE SALESMAN HAD MY IPHONE. More

we went there to check the available cars. I was interested in a used car. The offer was higher than advertised at cars.com because of price change while we were seeing the car. Afterwards t I was interested in a used car. The offer was higher than advertised at cars.com because of price change while we were seeing the car. Afterwards they decreased the price but it was still higher than I was asking for. Make sure the online price and store price match before you sign the contract. More
