I got there early and was greeted nicely. I haven’t driven my car for a while and I needed to make sure it would be ok for going back on the road. Job not done right when caliper was done. Had to replace both calipers , rotors and pads because of the unbalanced of the calipers. Bottom line is Nissan should’ve replaced both not one. It took two hours to do a scheduled oil change with appointment. (At 8:00 am) The waiting area, children's area and the showroom were dirty and worn out. I sent an email describing the scene and my co appointment. (At 8:00 am) The waiting area, children's area and the showroom were dirty and worn out. I sent an email describing the scene and my concerns. I got two responses one by text asking if I wanted to schedule a service appointment and a call saying they saw I sent a request on new car sales. So no one really read my email. I don't think this dealership really has any eye for customer experience. The service rep was really nice. Even though I prepaid for a service package I'm thinking maybe I won't go back. If this is the showroom and service area experience, I wonder what going on in the garage? More
