They misaligned my car after a trans service. .I went back saying my car was vibrating and shaking and the Service Manager Mike L was beyound nasty and rude to me..He says I was on the phone thi .I went back saying my car was vibrating and shaking and the Service Manager Mike L was beyound nasty and rude to me..He says I was on the phone this morning with corporate over your car ..Thats your job as the Service manager!!!...He called me a liar and told the sales clerk to lie and say my car seat wasn't shaking...He said I won't change the notes and threw my keys at me in the lobby in my lap..He shoved the papers in my face too..Very unnecessary and rude..He basically was covering up a mistake that was made...I went up to the counter and made my sales person change the notes to what was the truth.. Now I need to have my car alignment checked..I don't like how I was treated by Mike L..I feel sorry for his co workers under him..He seems terribly unstable and very aggressive towards women..To be yelled at in front of your child and told your a liar is absolutely ridiculous..I will never go to Arlington Nisson ever again...I'm just thankful I was ok esp. with my child in my car..They didn't put the proper bolts on and I could of got in a car accident..I had to fight to have my car checked for safety..Very nasty of manager Mike L at Arlington Nisson..
