I don't recommend this dealership for used cars for 3 reasons. 1) Dishonest sales. I contacted Arlington Nissan's internet department for a car I was interested in. Confirmed the car was available and ma reasons. 1) Dishonest sales. I contacted Arlington Nissan's internet department for a car I was interested in. Confirmed the car was available and made an appointment to see it. When I arrived, the assigned sales, Michael, brought me in and told me the car was being sold to another customer. He proceeded to show me similar cars but with a much higher price. I flat out said no as I felt it was a bait and switch. Michael then called his manager Diego for help. While he was polite and professional, he too directed me to higher price cars. I contacted their internet department a day after and was told in a very happy email that the car I was interested in was still available. 2) Liars. I received a text from the dealer asking me if I was still interested in the car. I called Arlington Nissan's main number and asked to speak to sales. Confirmed the car I was interested in from the very start was available by checking the VIN number. I told the person I could be there in 30 min if they have the car ready for showing. She said yes. I then asjedq who should I talk to when I get there. The sales told me to find Alyssa when I get there. Upon arriving, the sales manager at the front desk told me there was no Alyssa. 3) Customer last. The sales manager at the front desk apologized and said he would take care of it. He apologized and said the car was sold 2 month ago when it is still showing up on the dealer's website and many popular sites. He said he was going to locate something similar in the network for us and asked us to wait in the customer waiting area. After about 30 minutes, I walked back to the front desk and asked him about search result. Only at that time, he started running a query and gave us some random cars that were much higher in the price range (like $30k for a used Nissan sedan) I could have done the same search at home and say no. I walked out of the dealership knowing I will never purchase from Arlington Nissan because of its bait and switch technique and putting customer last. More

The car was advertised at $25k. When I got there their “offer” had $2500 of additional “features” like fabric protection and undercoating. They said they’re not optional. I said then they should’ve been included in the sales price. It’s dishonest. I did not pay it. I also got a value for my trade-in via their website before I went. A salesperson emailed me offering to make an appt stating that this was the minimum price they’d pay for my car, maybe they’d pay more because used cars are in such high demand. When I got there, they offered me 25% less. 25%! They took all of the fun out of car buying. I had to spend way too much time getting them to honor their promises. Then, after spending 3.5 hours there, mostly waiting, they asked if I’d leave a google review before I left. Seriously? I told them in the course of my time there that I thought they were dishonest and that their bait and switch pricing was illegal. And they asked me to spend more of my time to leave a review! I declined. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but they won’t quit hounding me to leave one. So here it is. I will not go back. More

Brian was an excellent service rep. He kept me posted regularly on the service on my car. It had an all point inspection and required the rear brakes replaced. It did take sometime. However, their was rust on the brakes witch took a little longer. I was pleased that the mechanic took the time to repair properly. Thanks, Brian and the excellent mechanic. I will be back for sure.
