They proceeds to tell you to have it towed back to them but you have to pay for the tow. Ummm yea that just happened to my sister! She had her vehicle for a week and it stopped working on her. She got the run around from multiple employees just for them to stop taking her calls. She finally hears from the manager Richard Reese and he told her he doesn't care about her car and she needs to deal with it! VERY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR AND THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER! Thank goodness I did not go to that car lot and make a purchase! I will take my money elsewhere!!! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!! More

I wanted to buy a use car and they bring a dirty and cigarette smelling car. one salesman was supposedly help us to get a car and we had a bad experience with him. Went there recently to purchase a used vehicle. The sales person we were dealing with tried to overcharge us by $6000 more than online advertised price. I already knew what the out the door price s The sales person we were dealing with tried to overcharge us by $6000 more than online advertised price. I already knew what the out the door price should have been. When I confronted her, she went & got this clown, who knocked 2k off the price which was still way above the advertised price +taxes & dealer fees. When I told him what the out the door price should be he snapped back, “Can I show you the door”. I found the door & walked out. Very unprofessional, cunning, & just outright bad. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
