More than three decades ago, Mr. Eyrie Brooks opened the doors of Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida at a time when a gallon of gas cost just .63 cents and Jimmy Carter was president. Beware of Hidden Fees, Advertised Prices are to lead you on After being given a rough estimate on a pre-owned vehicle, I set an appointment to sit down and purchase. Waited 1.5 hours after the appointment time After being given a rough estimate on a pre-owned vehicle, I set an appointment to sit down and purchase. Waited 1.5 hours after the appointment time to get seen, only to be told tax, and dealer fees for a 12k car was an additional 4k. 2k of that was a "dealer package" that came standard and could not be removed. (Window tint, NO in tires, etc.). When we told them we would not want the package and not be willing to pay for it, they became aggressive and rude. Just add 2k to an advertised price before you consider buying used cars from them. More
