Waited 1.5 hours after the appointment time to get seen, only to be told tax, and dealer fees for a 12k car was an additional 4k. 2k of that was a "dealer package" that came standard and could not be removed. (Window tint, NO in tires, etc.). When we told them we would not want the package and not be willing to pay for it, they became aggressive and rude. Just add 2k to an advertised price before you consider buying used cars from them. More
