Tough negotiations Over all, buying a truck from Arlington Toyota was a good experience. My salesman was wonderful and took the time to show us several cars. The guy who came to negotiate price of sale was abrasive and a bit over the top. He practiced grandstanding, intimidation, and arrogance. I didn’t like his “in your face” style. The financing part was fair. The gentleman who did the sale was nice, but didn’t seem concerned that I preferred to finance it myself - as I came prepared with my paperwork. He said he’d match it and didn’t take into consideration that I didn’t want to be financed through Arlington Toyota. I have mixed emotions on this end of it, my only wish is that he’d respect others when they are financially savvy and not try to push bogus loans offers on others. More
