More than three decades ago, Mr. Eyrie Brooks opened the doors of Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida at a time when a gallon of gas cost just .63 cents and Jimmy Carter was president. During the midst of negotiations, one of my family members had a bad accident. Will respected that I had more important things to deal with. He let me know that he would be there when I was ready and that he would keep my loved one in prayer. Then he backed off and gave me the time needed. Great experience!! Micah was wonderful to work with. I met him on my first visit to look at camrys. I was upfront and told him I was not buying a car that night and he s Micah was wonderful to work with. I met him on my first visit to look at camrys. I was upfront and told him I was not buying a car that night and he still took the time to let me look at the cars, explain the differences and style, etc. He was very patient especially knowing he would not be selling a car that night. He never tried to talk me into buying it that first night. He was very respectful of that fact. When I brought my husband back to see the car and see if we could make a deal, he did everything he could to make it work. My husband didn’t even phase him.
