Dylan was expert in description and calmly familiár with what was available for inventory. There was no up sell, no feeling of being jerked around to view lesser equipment and best of all, no beating around the bush on the cost. I came away admiring his style and demeanor, we established a rapport rare in the touchy used car sales world. This I know from having two used car sales guys on my wife’s side of the family I wouldn’t buy a hotdog from, let alone a real nice truck like the one Dylan sold me.
