After a Woman fell asleep at the wheel, my Auto was totaled. My Friend’s Mother wanted to sell her car and I thought I was all set. Wrong, the day my Rental was due back...the Woman changed her mind! I started t My Friend’s Mother wanted to sell her car and I thought I was all set. Wrong, the day my Rental was due back...the Woman changed her mind! I started the next morning I looking. I could not afford any more the what they had given me for my Totaled Auto. I had no luck, either too much money or miles. Finely at 7:30pm, I ended up at Arlington Toyota. I asked for the Manager and I explained my situation. Roger listened and told me they had just taken in a car that he thought would meet my needs. He went on to introduced me to a perky Salesperson names Cherry. She and I took the car for a drive and she explained what she knew about the car. She gave me copies of what the Dealership had done, reports from the Internet, even a note from the previous Owner. It was everything they said, clean inside and out, low mileage and in great shape, there were even new tires. I had a small issue and they took care of it for me. Cherry was always there to answer any and all of my questions and believe me, I had a lot. I enjoyed the TLC that She and Roger gave me. I was treated like someone that had purchased a Brand New High Dollar Vehicle. When I drove off the lot, I even had money left in my pocket and everything was exactly as I was told. I was really impressed with the entire transaction, especially the warm and friendly attitudes. I thought back on my experience and thought, Arlington is lucky to have those two working for them. More
