Arlington Toyota (AT) (and Mike, our service specialist) excelled in p A true indication of a dealers excellence is what they do when things go wrong. Arlington Toyota (AT) (and Mike, our service specialist) excelled in persistence and dedication when, unknown to all involved, an OEM’s QC allowed an out of spec axle to be shipped for installation. AT never flinched when I brought the car back 3 times—they were dedicated to finding what the problem was and fixing it. The end analysis was the OEM’s part was out of spec by a few thousandths of an inch, just enough to cause all involved (myself included) to be perplexed—the problem with the OEMS part couldn’t be seen as the “few thousandths” isn’t noticeable. Other Service Specialists would have quit but Mike kept going; saying “we’re going to fix this problem”. And he did. Some may say that was his job. Amazing service and customer care We had to take our Toyota Sienna in for its' 120,000 mile service. Since we intend to keep the car, we opted for the plus service. We had not counted on having to flush the coolant system or 4 new tires, especially right after the Christmas holidays! Derrin Drago did everything possible to make this all possible and manageable. He kept us informed and worked with us on getting all the services done in a reasonable time and within a reasonable budget. Derrin really make a huge impact on us and we are glad that we had the opportunity to work with him. More

They do need to provide a few items such as food and drinks for some of their clients that do have to wait longer due to the extensive work being done. Most of the other dealerships do that and that's where I would say they do have you guys beat (especially Toyota in St Augustine - Beaver). Otherwise, good work from these guys. I would recommend the service team but not the sales team from this dealership. Due to my experience with a sales rep is why I bought the Toyota from Beaver vs Arlington. More
