Given an estimate....after work done ...it was $40 higher. We lost our key fob for our 2014 Toyota Sienna. Slow in receiving my check. My experience was good on all accounts except one. It took about five days to get my check after I sold my truck to them. High Pressure Sales We were contacted thru the internet by Amit. He asked us to come in. We went in but was not wanting to purchase that day, just looking. The price ended up being too high, The warranty was not long enough. After we slept on it, were told we could not change our mind. Do not sign their agreement unless you read and agree to everything! We were kept there until 12 midnight which was unnecessary! Still displeased but have to live with it. More

They will try to get you to put a down payment and get insurance on a vehicle before you are approved for it, but they tell you that you are absolutely 100% approved. Then, when not approved, they stop answering phone calls and emails to avoid you. This happened to me, and 3 weeks later after contacting the main manager and finance personel numerous times, I have still yet to receive my refund for my down payment or the paperwork I have requested, to show I never took possession of the vehicle. I do not recommending getting a vehicle from here. More
