happy new Camry owners! i have been a Honda owner for the past 30 yrs & have decided to purchase a new vehicle since my current Honda was 16 yrs old. My husband & I were comp i have been a Honda owner for the past 30 yrs & have decided to purchase a new vehicle since my current Honda was 16 yrs old. My husband & I were comparing the Honda Accord verses a Toyota Camery As we like both cars. Went to Arlington Toyota on Tue 9/12/17, just looking around, that is when we met Alex Argiros who was very friendly & helpful in helping us make the right decision based on the knowledge he gave us on the differences on the 2 vehicles. We still weren't convinced as the color & particular items we were looking for in the car was not available & the cost was more then we had intended to spend. Alex spent several hours with us to try to get the car we wanted at the price that would work best for us. . Alex did get us a better car with the extra features but stil did not have my navigational system I wanted. We left that day without a car as I needed more time to think about the purchase. Alex made several follow up calls to let us know he was trying to get the navigation system I wanted. h tried very hard, we had agreed end to come back the next day to give our decision, We were informed that the Camery did not come in the particular car we were looking at. We went home proud Toyota Camry owners. Alex was able to get a great deal on the car with the extra upgrades at a price that worked best for us. If I could still get a GPS in the car or a credit card toward the purchase of a portable system to hook up in the car I would be happier. Thanks Alex for being patient with me. I love my new Camry! Great job on service. I purchased my 2001 Tacoma from Arlington, but have not been back to service there in a while. When I did come back, Raymond Cassidy explained that t I purchased my 2001 Tacoma from Arlington, but have not been back to service there in a while. When I did come back, Raymond Cassidy explained that there was several items that needed maintenance and why. Since vehicle has approximately 180,000 miles I went with the items. He was accurate in his estimation and ensured the vehicle was back on time. In short he delivered exactly what he promised when he promised it. Can't ask for anything more. More
