After spending my Saturday at another Jacksonville Toyota dealership trying to be sold options I did not need or want on a 2017 Tacoma, I left and dec After spending my Saturday at another Jacksonville Toyota dealership trying to be sold options I did not need or want on a 2017 Tacoma, I left and decided to look at other brand pick ups on Sunday. On Sunday I looked at a couple of others and decided the Tacoma was the truck I really wanted. Jon Camp with Arlington Toyota had called me a couple of days prior, but I had decided to go to the other dealership as it was closer to my home. I gave Jon a call when I was leaving the beach and he sent me some info on one of the trucks on the lot. I asked if we could meet in about an hour and he agreed. I test drove the truck he had sent me info on and asked if I could look at some others. I told Jon what I was willing to pay and the maximum monthly payment I would pay. To make a long story short, we found the truck I liked a great deal. After spending some time reviewing my trade in value, etc.. we were able to make a deal. During this whole time Jon was both helpful and friendly. If you are like me, you do not like the whole car buying experience. I can say, without doubt, that this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I'm 56 and have purchased many.. Next time, I will go to Arlington Toyota first.
