I will never use Arlington Toyota again I work for Southeast Toyota and the only reason I used Arlington was because they had the 4Runner I wanted coming in sooner then ordering it from the I work for Southeast Toyota and the only reason I used Arlington was because they had the 4Runner I wanted coming in sooner then ordering it from the factory. Ben Kennedy ignored my emails for two days and Sam Vines ran my credit twice after I was assured it would not happen since I was preapproved! I have tried to contact the general manager now three times and it seems Rick Doran is never there. I will never use Arlington Toyota again. More

Great Customer Service - on sales and service Purchased my used 2014 4runner in 2015. The purchase of the vehicle was hassle free. The price was very good and buying experience was great. I was never pressured to buy anything extra. I usually change my own oil, but it has been cheaper to have the dealer to change the oil than do it myself (synthetic oil is expensive).
