Great Experience!! I haven't bought a car in some time but as soon as I stepped on the lot, Kernist was there to help. He patiently guided me through the various models I haven't bought a car in some time but as soon as I stepped on the lot, Kernist was there to help. He patiently guided me through the various models I was interested in and helped me (without being pushy) narrow down my selections until I found the one I wanted. He also provided great insight on the model and trim packages that fit my needs. Great guy to work with!! Ashley was so friendly and helpful getting through the financial side as well. I was very unhappy when I was informed that I would be in a rental for about a month due to the lack of availibilty of parts needs to correct the transmission recall on my 2016 Tacoma. Raymond was extremely empathetic with my situation and assured me that he would do whatever he could to make the process go as smoothly as possible. In my opinion it is frontline people like Raymond that make up for the deficits in Toyota's design and manufacturing side that are the real cause of rare issues such as this. More
