I was very unhappy when I was informed that I would be in a rental for about a month due to the lack of availibilty of parts needs to correct the transmission recall on my 2016 Tacoma. Raymond was extremely empathetic with my situation and assured me that he would do whatever he could to make the process go as smoothly as possible. In my opinion it is frontline people like Raymond that make up for the deficits in Toyota's design and manufacturing side that are the real cause of rare issues such as this. More

My sales person was Sylvia,( who dealt with my bad jokes all day), who was just wonderful at facilitating me with information, purchase price, options, and the new tech in these trucks. I recommend anybody to go see her in sales. Brian also did an excellent job in my trade in deal. He worked some magic and made the deal happen, he is definitely taking the dealership in the right direction. Tony was my finance guy, who I swear it felt like he was a child hood friend. He really explained all my options and gap insurance with additions to a tee. Had me approved instantly, no call backs about banks fighting over the loan and having to sign additional paper work. Just easy peasy. I fully recommend the whole staff and the amazing service department I have dealt with on many occasions, truly professional and not a waste of time. More

Car Buying Experience I dread buying a car. Most people would probably consider it a wonderful, fun experience, a chance to drive a different sort of car, switch the old fo I dread buying a car. Most people would probably consider it a wonderful, fun experience, a chance to drive a different sort of car, switch the old for something new and snazzier. However, as a grad student who doesn't have enough free time to get a solid amount of sleep, the prospect of spending hours upon hours, if not days, going to different dealerships to find the very best car that suits my needs was not the way I wanted to spend my Saturday. But, my old car decided to bite the dust, and I was forced to commit my whole Saturday to car shopping (in between studying for a test on Monday). I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience I had at Arlington Toyota. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful, efficient, and obviously liked working there. They all were knowledgeable, and truly seemed to want to get me the best deal possible on the perfect car for me. Plus, they fed me lunch. What more could a girl ask for? Would highly recommend! More
