Twice I've been lied to at this place. I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma a little over a year ago and I was completely satisfied with the deal at first. I signed the paperwork and it was suppos I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma a little over a year ago and I was completely satisfied with the deal at first. I signed the paperwork and it was supposed to be a done deal but I had to go back the next day and sign some more papers and they said my interest rate was almost twice what they said the day before. Now they called me about a Loyalty program that was supposed to let me trade my trocchi and for a newer one and get a very low interests great. I made a deal with them for 1 thing and then again when we get in there to sign the financial papers they changed it around on me and tried to make out like I was wrong for not excepting their deal. They are nothing but liars. I will be calling the general manager tomorrow and make a complaint. This place is awful to deal with. I have been here all-day long Dylan madelle's and now I leave with nothing but my old truck. More

There was no pressure to buy something we didn't want or need and they made sure we looked at and drove a similar truck so there would be no surprises. Luke assisted us with the paperwork and went over each sheet with us. The paperwork was no nonsense and straight to the point.
