Wonderful service but incomplete car I enjoyed my experience in dealing with my sales person and finance manager. I have two concerns as I purchased a hatchback which did not have a carg I enjoyed my experience in dealing with my sales person and finance manager. I have two concerns as I purchased a hatchback which did not have a cargo cover. When I inquired I was advised the cargo cover was not a standard item on the vehicle and I would have to purchase my own. Not standard, the hatchback is the trunk so everyone can see what I have in the rear of my vehicle putting me at a greater risk of being burglarized. In addition, I never rode on the passenger side. After driving off the lot I realized the handle on the passenger door was damaged. Since the car is in my possession I am responsible for getting that repaired as well. Mind you I have only had my vehicle for three weeks. I would recommend a full body inspection prior to driving off the lot as not to have to repair minor issues and to ensure all that is inclusive of your vehicle is available. More

CONSISTENTLY GREAT SERVICE! Mike Sandelin was my service provider on my last visit and has been on many occasions. He is tops in the service department. He always keeps me well informed with what needs to be done to my car and my husband's car, and what can wait. (I am the car lady and have the honor of maintaining both of our cars). Sylvia Brummitt is the best sales person. Between being well taken care of in the service department and in the sales department, I am set. We have been a Toyota family for at least 20 years. Very exceptional service!!!! Luan worked so hard to find me the perfect car at the perfect price range for me.
