More than three decades ago, Mr. Eyrie Brooks opened the doors of Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida at a time when a gallon of gas cost just .63 cents and Jimmy Carter was president. Mr. Jones was professional, courteous, and very patient with me. He treated me with respect throughout and never made me feeI uncomfortable. I made the right choice when I approached Mr. Jones in the parking lot on my first visit. Roger Page also was courteous to me in our negotiations. On the other hand, my experience with finance was another matter. Douge was very competent doing his job, however, cordial customer service was absent. It's on video tape. I chalked it up to him having to work Sunday into the evening. More
