Mr. Jones was professional, courteous, and very patient with me. He treated me with respect throughout and never made me feeI uncomfortable. I made the right choice when I approached Mr. Jones in the parking lot on my first visit. Roger Page also was courteous to me in our negotiations. On the other hand, my experience with finance was another matter. Douge was very competent doing his job, however, cordial customer service was absent. It's on video tape. I chalked it up to him having to work Sunday into the evening. More

Relatively easy and enjoyable experience Almir and Saif were great when my husband and I needed to purchase a new vehicle. Wanting something fresh out of the factory I was googling the newer toyota models as I wanted something that not everyone had. I heckled their Facebook page and Almir seemed to have the most pe I was googling the newer toyota models as I wanted something that not everyone had. I heckled their Facebook page and Almir seemed to have the most people praising him, so I contacted him... After a few minutes of explaining my needs and wants in the new car, he assured me he had "just the car" for me... I told him I'd be up at the dealership in a few days to see what it was. In about 30 minutes, he started sending me pictures of a Corolla that I've never seen before.. The new Black Cherry 50th Anniversary Corolla!!! It was awesome.. I ended up going there in a few hours to see it, and in just a little bit, I was driving it home.. I've sent many friends to Almir, as he is not pushy and actually listens to the customers. Almir, if you get to actually see this, thanks again, I love the car!! More

Quick & Easy Oil Change Appointment I was in and out in less than 45 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and a general vehicle inspection.
