More than three decades ago, Mr. Eyrie Brooks opened the doors of Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida at a time when a gallon of gas cost just .63 cents and Jimmy Carter was president. Above and Beyond This was my first time taking my car to Arlington Toyota. My car was stolen out of my driveway two days before Thanksgiving. After being treated terrible by everyone the best move I could have ever done was taking my recovered car to Arlington Toyota. My insurance company was of no help. Rick Doran told me to bring my car in and talk to Mike Sandelin. I pulled my car in and was greeted immediately. They called for Mike Sandelin and within 1 minute he was there. He assured me that he would get everything taken care of. He then escorted me to the rental car agency where I was taken care of with amazing customer service. I wish I had their names so I could recognize them as well. My car was repaired and detailed In a timely fashion. I can't express enough gratitude and thanks to everyone at Arlington Toyota for the amazing experience!!!! More
