Great experience purchasing a new car! I started looking into buying a new car and didn't really know what I wanted- so I test drove a few different cars before I ended up at Arlington Toyo I started looking into buying a new car and didn't really know what I wanted- so I test drove a few different cars before I ended up at Arlington Toyota. When looking at the different styles of the 2016 Toyota Highlanders, I had no idea what the differences were between them even thought I research them online. Juan was so helpful in explaining to my mother and I what the differences were between all of the trims, that when we decided to puchase a car, we asked for him. Also, we had set up an apointment with another Toyota dealership to get the Costco deal but after thinking about it, we decided we wanted to work with Juan. I decided on Wednesday May 4th what car I wanted to purchase and drove from St. Simons Island, GA to meet with Juan. When we arrived, Juan had us set up with Mike Marinelli who took us for a test drive and showed us everything about the Toyota Highlander 2016 XLE. Mike was wonderful because he knew everything about the car! Juan made us feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. We were able to come to a price on the trade-in and the new car that we felt good about. We are very thankful that Juan stayed over to help us make a deal and also for Mike staying over to teach me how to operate the Navigation system.
