Oh gosh, this dealership is a mess. I truly would not recommend anyone going there as it is being run now. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. for a scheduled appointment to look at why one of my tires was wearing so much faster than the other three. (Yes, it was an alignment problem.) They send you a text with a link to check on the progress of your car. At 1:39 p.m., I checked the link and it told me my arrival was complete. Good to know- over four hours and it had just been sitting there. So the service guy does come out and tell me that my car was out of alignment and that I would need two new tires. This exact dealership was who had done the alignment the last time I had been there, but they glossed right over that. I notice that they seem to have been trained to be cheerful, agreeable, and not take blame for any problem, even if they were the last people to see your car. To add to the festivities, an Arlington Toyota employee was sent to accost everybody waiting in the service area to see if they wanted to sell their car back to the dealership. Can we not wait hours too long for our cars to be serviced in peace? I guess not. At 5:00 p.m., the link informs me that the inspection has been done, but the service has not yet been completed. I had planned to travel five hours away that weekend, and now this would put me driving in the dark for part of my trip. By this point, my daughter was texting me to see if I was going to have to spend the night in the service area that night, and I have to admit I was wondering. At a few minutes before 6:00, my cheerful, smiling service guy comes out to escort me over to the cashier (I’m beginning to see why they escort you), reminds me that he doesn’t set the prices, and hands me over to the cashier, who is also cheerful and informs me that my total is a little shy of a thousand dollars. By this point I’m nearly comatose and numbly hand her my credit card. I can see sunlight just outside the doors; I’m almost free. I’m not writing this review to tell the owners/managers about my experience. They don’t care. I want YOU, the customer, to use your power and go somewhere else. I was not the only person unhappy that day or waiting a long time. This is not a good place to do business; it’s a mess. It really is. Go elsewhere! More

If you pre approved through your bank to make a cash offer, the finance department will simply trash your draft from the bank and finance through a indirect lender, which in my case was my bank Vystar Credit Union, who I was pre approved through in the first place. This locks you into being stuck with doing business with them, even if your car turns out to be a lemon. I spoke with Arlington Toyota's owner Holly McCormick in re to this issue and she literally just turned and walked away without saying a word. More

The anger I have for what we have experienced the last month and a half is unreal with this dealership. We bought a 2019 Tesla in July after trading in our paid off car trying to save money on fuel. Well, the day after we bought it we went to see my family an hour away, and we were unable to charge the car because the dealership didn’t properly setup the Tesla for our account to be added to charge the Tesla. Well, we ended up stranded due to not being able to charge the car and We had to be towed home. We had to go to a Tesla dealership to solve the issue, but also come to find out there was something wrong with the supercharging port that Toyota didn’t let us know about! We were out of our newly bought car for two weeks. We also found out they gave us the wrong charging port for 3rd party charging so we couldn’t even use that!!! My husband called to get everything situated and the managers acted like they could care less which is extremely unprofessional. We were also promised a tint and it took a month of calling and my husband finally leaving a review to finally get it done and scheduled. When we bought our car we bought the tire warranty to cover the tires in case anything happened. They told us we could go to any Toyota dealership for the car even though it’s a Tesla. Well, we had a nail in our tire and we went to a Toyota dealership like Arlington told us we could, and they would NOT patch our tire or even schedule it to be changed. When I told them that we bought the car tire warranty they said not all Toyotas can do that type of repair for our car EVEN THOUGH WE BOUGHT THE WARRANTY AND WERE PAYING MONEY A MONTH FOR IT. I was completely enraged, and due to that my husband called Arlington yesterday and they wouldn’t call and check themselves on the warranty and instead gave my husband the phone number to the warranty policy to call and check. Like xxx?!! He called and could not get through to anyone. This dealership was absolutely trash to us, and we are unbelievably angry. We don’t have a lot of money, and bought this car trying to save on fuel. But this dealership and car made it more of a hassle than what it is worth!!! We were so done with Arlington so we went to Duval Honda last night and had to trade in the car to get out of this awful deal. And we had a much better customer service experience l, financial advising experience, and the car was properly inspected before sold to us unlike what Toyota did. Come to find out there were other issues about the car that we were not aware of when it was appraised so we couldn’t get even close to the equity we had when we traded in the our $18k paid off car for the Tesla which absolutely infuriates me because we are on a budget and we LOST OUR MONEY DUE TO TOYOTA’S NEGLIGENCE. I Am not one to be angry and complain but this was absolutely ridiculous and I WILL be contacting corporate and will not rest until this issue is addressed and looked into. More
