I visited Arlington Toyota on 8/8/2013 just to look!! Of course I walked out in a beautiful Toyota Camry. I was impressed from the very moment I met Don. He was kind, friendly and very professional. He gave me a brief but detailed synopsis of the Toyota Camry and assured me that I would have peace of mind regarding safety. He walked with me and pointed out a few things after I made him aware of exactly what I was looking for. HE WAS AN AWSOME LISTERNER!!! Based on what I shared with him, he took great care to make sure I was not only satisfied but that I was absolutely certain of my intended purchase. I really enjoyed my experience with Don. He made me feel he valued me a customer. Don had a level of integrity I had not seen in the past when making a vehicle purchase. I shared with him that I had previously read some reviews about the "DEALERSHIP" that were not complimentary. At first I was quite skeptical about visiting this dealership, but I hope this review will change someone's mind should they read the negative reviews I read. I must add that the finance department was impressive too! I have shared my experience with all my co-worker so much so that they have asked me for his contact information.
