I came into this dealership with the intention of getting to quality cars. That was far from what i got. I came in with two decent and left with two booby traps. Not too mention one of my cars i trade in was fully paid off, and the other car i owed 5000 bout it was worth 3500. now im upside down in equity by 10000. And transmission is gone in one of the cars. "certified pre-own" And "Toyta" i will never let this dealer ship put these word too shame again in my book. i will do all my odering on line so i dont fell the presure of sale / finance / managers. ooooooh yeah the biggest lie of them all lease for twelve months on time then 0% financing. let me tell it parking lot full of slimeballs More

The buying experience here is worlds apart from what my wife and I had experienced elsewhere - in a good way. We had been so disgruntled with the car shopping "game" we had endured over the past year or two, I admittedly had began walking into dealerships expecting to be turned off by a slick sales effort that would have me ready to walk out and never come back. I should first mention we were able to find the exact used vehicle we had been looking for and what was certainly a fair price. We were never once pressured or hassled during the two previous visit we made before coming back to buy. We were fortunate to meet Woody Mattar. in the sales lot, as he was a pleasure to work with and accommodating of our questions, concerns and the fact we wanted time to mull over our potential purchase. It is rare to see such patience and willingness to help a customer, considering several salesman at other dealerships we visited tried to get us to "talk numbers" within 5 minutes of stepping on the lot. Woody appeared to understand this is a major purchase for a couple with a young child. When we came ready to buy, we were still treated as well as before we agreed to sign. Juan V. made the financial paperwork a breeze and the process was very transparent. If how these two men treated us is indicative of the rest of the sales staff and philosophy of Arlington Toyota, we'll be right back when time for our next purchase. And, for a change, I've had a reason to brag on a dealership to friends and family. More

THe finance manager was rude and would not listen to our questions. He talked about his family(daughter) and everything except answer us. The customer service provided by Robert impressed our family and my coworkers when Robert came to my office to finish some last minute details on both cars. My husband even said " we need to remember his name". My husband didn't need to come to the dealership and that made him happy. We love our two cars. We have a Toyota dealership near our home but your dealership won me over. Thank you. You must train your salesmen well. The attention to customer needs ( me not missing work) and the fact that I didn't feel pressured by tactics to make the sale. Just professional and knowledgeable about the cars. Robert was very helpful. I feel I got the straight story from him on prices when I was looking for a new car for my father-in-law. In fact, I was able to verify that on the Internet. At first, we thought we wouldn't be able to get the right car for dad, due to his large frame, and a limit on his finances. Robert worked hard to find a car, and create a deal that worked for all of us. Following the sale, Robert even delivered the car (great, 'cause Dad is not very ambulatory), then followed up to make sure we got the licence plates installed, and all paperwork in order - a big deal since teh last car was totaled, and towed away. I have bought several cars from this dealer over teh last 20 years, and will likely do so again. When I do, I will ask for Robert Cotney, and hope he's still there! More
