Problem takes much to long to change oil and filter rotate tires especially when you have an appointment. Just shady business practices. When you get a quote from them, first of all, the MSRP on the Toyota website for a Camry Hybrid is $27,980. They are charging $30,100. Also, they include things you don’t ask for on your quote and are heavy charges but not explanatory. It will say “Accessories” and say $1,885. Which again, never asked for but when you bring it up it’s basically a variety of different warranties like PowerTran warranty, which should come with the purchase of the car that’s $30k+. Then they really lowball you on your trade, offering you $5k-$6k+ lower than Kelly Blue Book. Telling me that they appraise all vehicles as “Fair”, my vehicle I’m trying to trade is just 2 years old, never been in an accident and has been kept up with for EVERY service appointment at only one dealership. That’s not Fair condition, it’s Very Good to Excellent. They’re just trying any trick they can to make another buck. Here’s a business model you should live by: Sell as cheap as you can, be transparent and tell the truth. More

Well i dont know about sales but service was a little disappointing and could have been worse… brought my truck in on may 14 for 120,000 mile service and tranny and transfer case .. also needed serpentin disappointing and could have been worse… brought my truck in on may 14 for 120,000 mile service and tranny and transfer case .. also needed serpentine and front pads and rotors… i take very good care of my vehicles … so i pick up my truck on Saturday as just before i get home there is an issue with my transmission it keeps popping like it’s catching up… i was supposed to drive to fort myers to see my son and thank god I didn’t because on may 16 i bring it back to xx what the problem is … come to find out the service tech did not put enough fluid in my transmission i will be in to document this incident to keep on file More
