I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra with 35k miles ($40k+ vehicle). I did NOT notice until after purchasing the vehicle that it had four (4) different brand of tires on it because the tires look similar. I vehicle). I contacted the dealership to discuss the issue and they said since the vehicle passed inspection, nothing would be done to install tires of the same brand. You would think the $1,885 Total Value Package fee they charge, in addition to regular dealer fees, would cover a matching set of tires. I am sure during the dealership inspection of the vehicle, it was noted about the four different brand of tires. Until now, I thought Arlington Toyota operated professionally and honestly and was my "go to" dealership. I have taken my Toyota vehicles to Arlington Toyota for service for years, but now I will find another dealership to have my vehicles serviced. Make sure you inspect tires and every aspect of a used vehicle before signing on the dotted line when buying from Arlington Toyota. More
