Wow!! All my wife and I can say is Wow!!. After months of frustration with our usual car dealer, putting down hand money, dealer visits and phone and text messages, and very heated discussions we we're left frustration with our usual car dealer, putting down hand money, dealer visits and phone and text messages, and very heated discussions we we're left hopeless that we would ever even get in line for a hard to get Toyota Corolla Cross XLE. We decided to go against tradition and try a different Toyota Dealer in Jacksonville, Fl. I remembered that months ago a Sales Person from Arlington Toyota had called and offered support and assistance in our intended purchase. I called, made an appointment, visited the dealer, put down a deposit and in 4 days received a call from a fantastic individual, Matt Romano, Executive Sales Manager at Arlington Toyota, and were told that he had our car!. We consummated the deal the next morning and drove our new car home. All in 5 days! Fast, efficient, painless and thoroughly enjoyable! Yes, in this day and age! Scheduled an appointment with Chauncey Andrews to have my 15k service performed. Everything went smooth as silk, and took roughly just little over an hour.
