We were in the market for a new vehicle and began discussions with various sales consultants at different dealerships. We met Matt Romano at Arlington Toyota via phone (since we live several hours aw discussions with various sales consultants at different dealerships. We met Matt Romano at Arlington Toyota via phone (since we live several hours away from Jacksonville. Matt listened “aggressively” (which I really appreciated) during our phone discussions. Matt also communicated well via email and text. When he located “our” vehicle, we sent a deposit and, true to his word, Matt held on to the vehicle (because several people wanted it) so they we could make the drive to pick it up. The “sharks” were still circling when we arrived. We had a great experience with the staff and were treated very warmly and kindly. Thank you, Matt and Arlington Toyota! More
