I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with Arlington Toyota Service, particularly with a service person named Steven. My experience has been deeply disappointing. Steven failed to meet his responsibi Toyota Service, particularly with a service person named Steven. My experience has been deeply disappointing. Steven failed to meet his responsibilities in several ways. He knew I would need a Lyft to get to the dealership but did not inform me in time that my car was ready. Despite my attempts to contact him through calls and texts, he ignored them and refused to arrange a Lyft, leaving me stranded and putting my job at risk. His lack of consideration was unacceptable. Moreover, Steven promised that my car would get a little clean up, but he did not deliver on this commitment either. Steven is a pathological liar, i wouldnt trust him, ever. It is clear that this dealership takes advantage of its customers, particularly women, by neglecting their responsibilities and failing to provide basic assistance. I had to plead to get my car back in time to avoid losing my job. I strongly advise against using Arlington Toyota Service and suggest finding a dealership that genuinely values and respects its customers. More
