The manager told me I would be charged for 1/2 an hour and they had put thicker oil in. I regularly have my Vehicle serviced by you every 5,000 Miles and had the oil Changed by you 8 weeks ago as your records show. I was billed $84.00 and told the girl I will pay this but will take my Business elsewhere in future. Really terrible Customer Service and I am mad about. You got your money that,s all that matters. I would be a fool to go back More

I bought a $55,000 car from Arlington Toyota and they said if there was something wrong with it that we could bring it back. We'll 10 days later we find out that Arlington Toyota sold us a car with trans said if there was something wrong with it that we could bring it back. We'll 10 days later we find out that Arlington Toyota sold us a car with transmission issues and now they refuse to make it right and they want us to pay the $6000 for the transmission plus the taxes to bring it back! Arlington Toyota is deceitful and disrespectful to us when we called. This is by far the worst place to buy a car and now I know why Arlington Toyota wanted us to leave the review on Google before we signed the papers. Rick Doran and Richard Reese were very rude to us when we called with a concern on a purchase. We were hung up on several times. These guys are crooks! More
Sales staff is not trained or educated in use of their inventory program. Completely inaccurate info given by sales staff. Understaffed...blaming Covid of course. Stated my vehicle was on a barge overseas and there would be NO CHANCE it would arrive the following week when I was out of town (so they would not complete my title paperwork). Bought the car on a Sat. and was told it would be MINIMUM one week to arrive at dealership and minimum two days to tint windows and clean the new vehicle. Really? Then WHY did you call me two days later to pick up my vehicle which was IMPOSSIBLE since I was out of town. Tried to complete sale and title work that Sat. I was at the dealership but everyone was just TOO BUSY to complete the paperwork. Terrible customer service. If you want a smooth buying process, especially if paying cash like myself....go somewhere else. Sales staff can't be bothered when they are trying to sell their next vehicle to complete a sale. This is the worst customer service when it comes to speaking with someone who knows how to completely close a sale. And not that it matters, but I knew more about the 2021 Tundra motor than my sales rep. Imagine that. More
