To all concerned readers, this individual was in fact mistreated and for this we apologize sincerely. Please be advised that all the individuals named in this complaint have been dismissed and are in no way affiliated with this Dealership. The Owner of our dealership was unable to correspond with this customer because commnications were being diverted to avoid his response to this issue. Unfornuately, the damage was done before senior management discovered it.

We certainly apologize to this Gentleman. We try our best to rectify every issue as well as make sure that products are represented very carefully and legally. As the reader, of this claim you can see this this experience was the exception to the good experience rule here at Arlington Toyota. I can also understand this man's anger however he has siezed the public opportunity to score us low for the same purchase 2 times which unnecessarily skewed our overall results. An individual has the right to express their negativity toward our orginization as well as not recommend us to others especially if we deserve the criticism, but please limit good or bad criticism to one per customer.
