First my service person Joslyn never came up & spoke with me about my vehicle only Thur tex, it 4hrs to get oil changed & balance tires, & the guy that lets you know your vehicle is ready was very Rude to me me about my vehicle only Thur tex, it 4hrs to get oil changed & balance tires, & the guy that lets you know your vehicle is ready was very Rude to me they parked my vehicle outside with keys in & did not tell me where it was parked at, I have a customer at this location for 10 yrs & more worst experience I have ever had at Arlington Toyota & the mgr on Duty was to busy to even speak with me 😡😡 More

Every oil change is a different story from the CS rep. My contract stays every 5k, service, second Oil Change at 10k, The advisor wanted to do it at 15k ,third time The Advisor made me wait until 20k and My contract stays every 5k, service, second Oil Change at 10k, The advisor wanted to do it at 15k ,third time The Advisor made me wait until 20k and refused to do it at 15k. It depends who is your advisor. The service contract says 5k service and they change it as they please. looking for a different service location. More
