We had an appointment for the oil change and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes. People came in after we got there and finished before us. Only could get appointment for 2 weeks out. The appt was for 3:30pm and they took my car back at 5:17pm? There is a major problem. When you make an appt. it’s always a two hour wait. We had both of our 2018 Toyota Highlanders in to have some factory recall work done and we went ahead and had our 24 month services done as well.
